In this practical training, the basic principles are first discussed, also known as 'the essentials'. These principles give you a grip on every work area to excel in your hospitality experiences. The training continues in 'the essential journey', also known as the guest journey.

 

With the basic principles in our pocket, we continue our way to a 'warm welcome'. How do you create the best impression on each different guest? We continue our way within the organization, where a 'comfortable stay' is provided. Based on practical examples from aviation, among others, the participants will create the most comfortable possible stay in no time at all.

 

But the great importance of this 'sum' experience lies with the 'memorable bye'. Because of your personal touch, the guest remembers you and the organization better than ever. They are your fan from now on!

At the end of this training there are numerous tools that the now 'Sparkle Creators' can apply to become their most beautiful self. Many of these creators have preceded you and indicate with an average of 9.2 that they apply the training in practice.
